Cristina, Roberta and Marta met while working in the USE, between Los Angeles and New York. Since then: inseparable. They bond around their 37-hour work day and their love of the unexpected.
Roberta Geremicca
Roberta Geremicca worked as an actress in theater and cinema, first in Italy and then in the US. In Los Angeles she discovered a passion from “the other side of business” and became an assistant casting director and acting coach. In 2017 she met Mark Myers, owner of Citizen Skull and became a talent manager and executive producer. Now she lives in Italy and keeps representing and coaching talents in the US, as well as working as an acting and dialect coach and, from 2022, as a certified intimacy coordinator on sets in Italy and abroad.

Marta Mondelli
Marta Mondelli graduated in Ancient History and in acting in Italy and worked in theater and cinema before moving to New York City in 2002, where she kept acting, while also publishing two novels in Italian, writing two plays (produced at the Cherry Lane Theater), and a few scripts, one of which became a feature film. Now she lives in Milan with her partner, two children and two cats and is working on her third novel and several projects with DEM.

Cristina Rambaldi
Cristina Lippolis Rambaldi, trained at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York. In 2015, she moved to Los Angeles, where she began working in cinema and television, emerging in the panorama of independent cinema. Facilitator at the Giffoni Film Festival, today she collaborates with the Carlo Rambaldi Foundation and Rambaldi Studios, combining creative production and a strong commitment to the new generations. She lives between the US and Italy, with a suitcase always ready and many notebooks to write down every new idea.
